On the US territory of Guam, there is a tract of interesting Mid Century Modern homes built in the early 50's called Ypaopao (pronunced why pow pow) Estates. I could not find much info about the homes, well I couldn't find any written information about the homes, all the info I gathered came from personal conversations with some of the locals. I was told that the homes were built in the 50's and that the architect was from the 'mainland'. Many, if not all of the original home owners are gone. Many of the homes have exchanged ownership 2 to 3 times, most of which are now rentals being rented out to GHURA, Guam's version of section 8.
I've only been able to take curbside photos of some of the homes. So I don't really know what they look like inside but from the outside they are beautiful, enjoy!

If any readers out there have any information about Ypaopao Estates please feel free to share.
